These terms set out how play works at Nova Scotia Casino. Please read them before registering, because creating an account counts as acceptance of them.

1. Agreeing to these terms

Register or play, and these terms bind you and us.

These terms apply to your account, the money you keep with us and all games on our site. They work together with our Offer Rules, Your Privacy, Cookies and Tracking, Safer Play, Identity Checks and 19+ Policy pages. If you cannot accept these terms in full, do not sign up.

2. Governing law

Canadian law applies.

These terms are governed by the law of Nova Scotia and by the federal laws of Canada that apply in that province. Playing here is allowed only if your home jurisdiction permits online gambling. How we run the casino follows Canadian rules on age, identity checks and anti money laundering.

3. Limits of our liability

Our responsibility is limited to what the law allows.

We take care running our site, yet we cannot guarantee constant uptime or error-free service. Losses from your internet provider, your device, outages beyond our control or the bets you decide to place are not our responsibility. Our total liability on any claim is limited to the account funds tied to that claim, unless the law forbids such a limit.

4. Prohibited conduct

Play honestly or lose access.

  • Automated tools, bots or scripts that place bets on your behalf
  • Secretly teaming up with fellow players to get ahead unfairly
  • Stolen cards, or payment methods belonging to someone else
  • Using a software fault for profit instead of telling us
  • Money laundering or any criminal purpose
  • Accounts opened under false details

If we spot any activity of this kind, we may cancel the related bets, hold funds while we investigate and close your account. Where required, we report suspicious activity to the relevant Canadian authorities.

5. Bonuses

Offers follow their own rules.

All bonuses, free spins and promotions are governed by our Offer Rules page. Where these terms and the Offer Rules conflict on a bonus matter, the Offer Rules take priority.

6. Complaints

Write to us and we will investigate.

Email your complaint to help@novascotiacasino.app. Include the date, your username and a brief summary. We check the related game or payment records, investigate, then write back with the outcome and why we reached it. Reply in the same email thread every time so nothing slips through.

7. Deposits and withdrawals

All money moves in Canadian dollars (CAD).

8. Who can play

9. One account per person

One player, one account.

10. Games, RNG and live tables

Results are random and final, unless a fault occurs.

Our slots, plus every table game played digitally, run on RNG (random number generator) technology, so no outcome depends on the one before it. Live dealer games are hosted in a studio, where real cards, wheels or dice decide each result. Check the rules and payouts listed on each game before you bet. If a server, stream or game fails, that round is void: all its plays and payouts are cancelled, and we refund your stake to your balance.

12. Changes to these terms

We post every change before it takes effect.

Whenever these terms change, the updated wording is posted here with the date on which it takes effect. Where a change is significant, you will also hear from us directly, by email or by a message that appears when you next sign in. By carrying on playing after the new terms take effect, you accept them. If you object to them, stop playing on your account and contact us in writing to request its closure.
