Offer Rules
This page covers how every Nova Scotia Casino bonus works, from opt in to cash out. Read it before you claim, because claiming an offer means you accept these rules.
1. General rules
Bonuses add play, with conditions attached.
Bonus funds stay separate from your cash balance until you meet the wagering requirement. We always use your cash first. The figures shown on each promotion page form part of these rules. Our Terms of Service also apply to every offer.
2. Bonus abuse and voiding
Play the offer as intended or lose it.
We void bonuses and the winnings they produce if we find:
- Opening multiple accounts to grab one offer several times
- Low risk bets placed only to clear wagering, not to genuinely play
- Bets above the bonus bet limit
- Group play or shared payment methods used to obtain additional offers
We may also block you from future offers.
3. Current welcome offer

4. One bonus at once
Finish one offer before starting the next.
Your account can carry just one bonus at once. To claim another, first clear, forfeit or let the current one expire.
5. Opting in
No opt in, no bonus.
Before depositing, choose the offer on the promotion page or in the cashier. A welcome bonus cannot be added once the qualifying deposit has been made. Bonuses can be cancelled from your account, but doing so removes the bonus balance together with any winnings from it.
6. Who can take part
Verified players aged 19+ in Canada.
To claim an offer: be 19+, be in Canada where local law permits, and clear our ID and geolocation checks. The welcome offer covers first deposits only, with one claim per device, person, payment method and household. Offers are closed to you while a break or self exclusion is active.
7. Maximum conversion
The maximum you may withdraw from bonus winnings is 6x your first deposit.
After wagering is complete, withdrawals from bonus play are capped at 6x your first deposit. Anything over that cap is removed when you withdraw.
8. Wagering and game types
Bet the bonus 35x before it turns into cash.
Wagering of 35x the bonus amount is required. Slot play counts toward it. Table games, live dealer games and other categories may contribute a smaller share or nothing, and the details of each offer show how much every game type contributes. Non contributing games are marked. Stakes placed on excluded games are still deducted from your balance but do not advance your wagering progress.
9. Bet limit during a bonus
Keep every round at C$8 or less.
Until wagering is complete, no single spin or round may go above C$8. Exceed that limit and we can remove the bonus plus all winnings tied to it.
10. Expiry
Use it before the clock runs out.
Each bonus and free spin package has an expiry date, which you can see in your account. Once that date passes, any unused bonus funds, unplayed spins and incomplete wagering are removed.
11. Changes
Offers can change, claimed ones keep their rules.
